This policy describes how MTG Group, a resident of Astana Hub (Mangilik El Ave. 55/8, Astana, 020000, Kazakhstan), processes personal data submitted through mtg-group.org.

The contact form asks for your first name, last name, email, topic and, if you provide them, company name and message. We also receive technical data that the browser sends with the request (IP address and basic request logs) so we can deliver and protect the form.
We use this data to read your enquiry and reply. The legal basis is your consent, which you give by sending the form. We do not use the form for unrelated marketing and we do not sell personal data.
We keep the correspondence while we handle the enquiry and for up to 3 years after the last message, unless a longer period is required by law.
The message is available to the MTG Group team that answers enquiries and to providers that deliver it to that team. Group offices are in Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, the UAE, Mauritius and the Czech Republic, so a colleague in one of those offices may read the enquiry in order to reply.
You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data, or withdraw consent for future contact. Write to the email above. You can also complain to the data protection authority of your country.
